Bedfordshire Wildlife Rescue aims to balance out some of

the impact we as humans have on our local wild animals. Almost 75% of the 1000 casualties that we admit each year are as a result of negative contact with humans whether deliberate, accidental or negligent. 

By providing a facility for the rehabilitation of any sick or injured wild mammal or bird, we hope to give those affected animals a second chance.  We also take the opportunity to monitor the threats to wildlife populations, educate the public about the effects that we, as a society, have on wild animals and encourage people to protect our local habitats.
