What to do next

In order to donate your employer must have a Scheme in place

Print the form and pass to your employers Payroll Department or HR.

If they have a Payroll Giving Scheme in place they will make arrangements for deductions to be taken from your salary as indicated on your form.

If your company does not presently have a payroll Giving Scheme in place, please ask them to visit our website Employer Pages for further information on how they might set one up or contact us so we might advise.
